We deliver to all governorates and residential areas across the State of Kuwait.

2. Order Cut-off & Delivery Timeframes

To provide the best service, we have established the following delivery schedule:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 10:00 PM (Kuwait Time).
  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 10:00 PM are typically delivered on the same day.
  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 10:00 PM are typically processed and delivered the following day.
  • Handling Time: 0–1 business day. 
  • Transit Time: 1–2  days. (Mon-Sun)
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Delivery: Currently, we offer FREE delivery for all orders within Kuwait.
  • All shipping fees (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
  • Any future changes to delivery fees or promotional shipping rates will be clearly displayed on the Checkout Page before payment.

4. Delivery Process & Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a confirmation message and tracking details (if available).

  • Deliveries are handled by our dedicated team or trusted third-party partners.
  • An official invoice will be provided with your package as proof of delivery.
  • If the primary recipient is unavailable, the package may be handed to a family member, receptionist, or authorized person at the provided address.

5. Missed Deliveries

  • If we are unable to reach you, our team will contact you via Phone or WhatsApp to reschedule.
  • Orders that cannot be delivered or rescheduled within 3–5 days may be returned to our warehouse and cancelled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
