1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of receiving the product to request a return.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in the same condition as you received it (unused and unworn).

  • It must be in the original packaging with all original tags and brand labels.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Shipping Costs and Fees

  • Change of Mind: If you request a return because you changed your mind, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is defective or damaged, you will not incur any return shipping fees; we will bear all the costs.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any additional restocking fees.

We are committed to full transparency. There are no hidden fees, and all return-related costs are clearly stated above.

4. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Beauty and Personal Care Products: These cannot be returned if the original packaging has been opened or used for health and safety reasons.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items (sold during discounts) and gift cards.

5. Return Process

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide instructions for returning the product.

Once your return is approved, you must send the item to our return address. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the current item, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Store credit or exchanges may be offered only upon customer request. based on customer preference.
